No Refund Policy for Stall Holders
Thank you for choosing to participate in Rummage City. Please read the following No Refund Policy carefully, which applies to all stall holders:

Non-Refundable Fees: All stall booking fees, including booth fees, extra space fees, and any additional costs paid to Rummage City are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Stall Holder: If a stall holder cancels their participation for any reason, no refunds will be provided. Stall holders should ensure they can fully commit to the event before booking.

Market Closure or Postponement by Rummage City: In the rare event that Rummage City cancels or postpones the event, stall holders will be offered the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled event or future market. Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise determined by Rummage City.

Early Departure: Stall holders are required to remain on-site for the entire duration of the market. No refunds will be issued if a stall holder leaves the market early. Leaving early without prior approval may also result in exclusion from future events.

No Shows: If a stall holder does not attend the event without prior notice or approval, they will forfeit their stall space and booking fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Market Closing Early: In the unlikely event that Rummage City must close the market earlier than scheduled (due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or safety concerns), no refunds will be issued. Stall holders are encouraged to plan accordingly and set up as early as possible to maximize their participation.

No Exceptions: This policy is final and applies to all stall holders. We encourage all stall holders to carefully review their availability and commitment to the event prior to booking.
