Three-Strike Policy for Stall Holders: Non-Attendance
At TREASURY, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable experience for all stall holders and customers. To maintain fairness and consistency, we have implemented the following Three-Strike Policy for stall holders who book but fail to attend the market.
Policy Overview:
-
Strike 1: If a stall holder books for a market and does not attend without prior notice, they will receive a warning and a formal reminder of our attendance policy.
-
Strike 2: If a stall holder fails to attend the market again without notifying us in advance, they will receive a second warning and will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
-
Strike 3: After three instances of non-attendance without notice, the stall holder will be permanently banned from booking for any future markets.
-
Requirements for Notification:
If a stall holder is unable to attend a booked market, they must inform the market management team no later than 2 days before the event. Failure to do so will result in a strike and a cancellation fee of $30.
Special Considerations:
-
Emergencies: In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the market management team may review each situation individually.
-
Appeals: Stall holders who have been banned under this policy may submit an appeal in writing to the market management team, who will review the case and determine whether the ban should be lifted.
No-Show Cancellation Fee:
-
Any stall holder who fails to show up for a market, without notifying the management at least 2 before the event, will incur a cancellation fee of $30. This fee will be sent via an invoice and failure to pay this fee will result in a market ban.
-
The cancellation fee applies to all no-shows, regardless of the reason, unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies) that are communicated in advance.
-
By participating in our market, stall holders agree to abide by this policy to ensure the smooth operation of the event and to provide the best experience for all involved.
Thank you for your cooperation!
